I have worked with Joel for several years helping my Buyers move up, downsize and first time home buyes.
Recently he helped my buyer purchase an investment property. Though the rates are high right now, he got them an excellent rate!  We closed on schedule on a home that had a lot of issues, there were not a lot of conditions considering this was an investment property. Overall, it was a smooth transaction. Communication, Experience, Knowledge.

Joel provided exceptional service on my recent lending experience inspite of the difficulties from the underwriting group.  Joel jumped through several hurdles to make sure we got timely approval, fast closing (especially after the buyer of my previous home requested a 2 week escrow) and also a competive rate with a buy down option.  He had provided excellent service for me once before almost 20 years ago when I was in a different stage of life, so I knew he was the only one I wanted to service me, and he came through out of the park!  Joel is the man you want to service a mortgage for you.  He has my utmost highest recommendation!
